When you start the app, you will automatically see a screen with the options: create an account (only click this if you do not yet have an account and are using Campercontact for the first time) and log in.
To log in, click on 'Log in' and enter the email address and password we have on file for you. Then click on 'Log in' and you will be logged in and ready to go! NKC members log in with the email address associated with their membership. If you log in with that email address and the corresponding password, you will automatically have access to the PRO+ version of Campercontact.
If you are logging in for the first time via the 'new' version of our app (for the first time since September 2020?), request a new password via 'forgot password'. Enter the email address we have on file for you. You will then receive an email with a link to change your password. Click on that link and set a new password. Once you see that this has been successful, return to the app and log in with your email address and the password you just chose. You are now ready to get started. Enjoy!
