How do I add a new location?
In the app: go to Account and tap Add location. [CHECK: label]
On the website: click Contribute at the top right.
How do I add a photo?
In the app: open the location, tap the photos, tap Show all and add your photo.
On the website: go to the photos of the location and click the button at the top left.
How do I write a review?
In the app: open the location and go to the reviews. Give 1 to 5 stars and tap Save. The app then asks what you liked and invites you to write your review.
On the website: go to the reviews of the location. At the top right, under Have you been here?, give 1 to 5 stars and click Save. You're then asked what you liked and invited to write your review.
⚠️ You can't change a review after you post it. Read what you can do in Changing or deleting reviews and photos.
I can only give stars. Where do I write my review?
After you give stars, the app asks for your review.
- Give 1 to 5 stars and tap Save.
- The app asks what you liked about the location.
- Write your review and tap Save again.
Only want to give stars? Tap Skip.
How do I report a change?
Is information about a location incorrect? Tap Submit a change or Edit. You find these under each location, or next to the information itself.
Not sure what the correct information is? Tap Submit a change under Facilities and choose the last option, Other changes. Describe what's wrong, and our moderators will check it.
👉 Shared something? See all your contributions, change the name on your review or ask us to remove something in Changing or deleting reviews and photos.
