How to view your favourite locations and what to do if they have disappeared
Viewing your favourites
You can find your favourites via Menu > My favourites. From here you can also view your favourites on the map in three ways:
- Via the View on map button at the bottom of the My favourites menu item
- Via the My favourites filter
- Via the My favourites quick filter
💡 Saving and viewing favourites is a PRO+ feature.
Favourites not showing up?
Your favourites are always linked to your email address. If you are logged in but cannot see your favourites, you are most likely logged in with a different email address than the account your favourites are linked to.
Check which email address you are logged in with via Menu > My account. Log out and log back in with the email address you used previously. Your favourites will then be visible again.
