How do I see locations near me?
The app needs your location to show what's nearby.
- Turn on location services on your phone or tablet.
- Allow Campercontact to use your location. You do this in the settings of your device, under apps.
Why does the map open in the wrong area?
The app is probably using an old location or isn't allowed to use your location. Try this:
- Check that location services are on.
- Check that Campercontact may use your location.
- Close the app completely and open it again.
- Tap the location arrow on the map to go to your current location.
iPhone: Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Campercontact. Choose While Using the App and turn on Precise Location.
Android: Settings > Apps > Campercontact > Permissions > Location. Choose Allow only while using the app and, if available, turn on Use precise location.
