Can I cancel my booking?

Your booking can be cancelled up to 30 days before the arrival date. In this case, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded, including the reservation costs. If you cancel within 30 days of the arrival date, 100% of the travel sum will be charged. Have you made a booking on request? Then you must coordinate the cancellation with the location manager.
