I have a complaint. What is your complaints procedure?

If you have a complaint about our products or services, you can contact us via the contact form. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receiving it. If, as a consumer, you disagree with the solution or we are unable to reach an agreement, you can submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform. Both consumers and business customers who are dissatisfied with the handling of their complaint can also submit their complaint for mediation to Thuiswinkel, consumers via www.sgc.nl/english and business customers via www.thuiswinkel.org.

Do you have any complaints about a location? For example, about a booking you made there? Please let the manager know as soon as possible. If you are unable to reach a solution with the manager, please let us know. We will then try to find a solution together with you. You can reach us by e-mail: booking@campercontact.com.
