Please note: This depends on whether you purchased PRO+ via the app or the website.
You can cancel your subscription up to 24 hours before the renewal date. If you have cancelled Campercontact PRO+, you will retain the PRO+ version until the end of your original subscription period, after which your account will be reverted to Campercontact FREE.
Cancel PRO+ via the app
Android:
- Open the Play Store-app
- Click on your profile photo
- Select Payments and subscriptions
- Cancelling subscriptions
iOS:
- Open the 'Settings' app on your device.
- Click on your name
- Click on 'Subscriptions’
Cancel PRO+ via the website
Did you purchase Campercontact PRO+ via the website? Then you can only cancel PRO+ via the website. You can do this as follows:
- Please log in with your Campercontact account.
- Click on Campercontact PRO+ in the menu.
- Click on ‘Cancel subscription’.
- Follow the steps on the screen.
- You now have a FREE account again. We will confirm this by e-mail.
