Campercontact PRO+ can be purchased either via the app store or directly through Campercontact. Where you manage your subscription depends on where it was purchased.
Via the app store (iOS or Android)
If you purchased PRO+ via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you manage your subscription there:
- iOS (Apple): via your Apple ID settings → Subscriptions
- Android (Google Play): via the Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions
Here you can renew, change, or cancel your subscription.
Directly via Campercontact
Regardless of whether you purchased your subscription via an app store or directly through Campercontact, you can always manage it in your Campercontact account, both in the app and on the website. Here you can view and adjust your subscription.
If you are still unsure, check your confirmation email to see where your subscription was purchased.
