Since version 6.6.0, we have been offering Campercontact PRO+ as a subscription service by popular demand. If you have purchased Campercontact PRO+ in this or a later version of the app, this means that you will retain the PRO+ version until you cancel your subscription. Your subscription will be automatically renewed for one year or one month (depending on the subscription term you have chosen), so you don't have to worry about it. You can find the renewal date in the 'My purchases' menu item and can cancel your subscription up to 24 hours before the renewal date. To cancel, follow these steps:
Android:
- Open the Play Store app
- Click on your profile photo
- Select Payments and subscriptions
- Cancel under subscriptions
IOS:
- Open the 'Settings' app on your device.
- Click on your name.
- Click on 'Subscriptions'.
If you have cancelled Campercontact PRO+, you will retain the PRO+ version until the end of your original subscription period, after which your account will be reverted to the FREE version of the app.
If you purchased PRO+ before version 6.6.0, the PRO+ version will automatically be converted to FREE. The end date of your PRO+ version is displayed in the 'My purchases' menu item.
