How do I log in to the app?
- Open the app and tap Log in.
- Enter the email address and password of your account.
- Tap Log in.
Member of the NKC (Dutch camper club)? Log in with the email address linked to your membership. PRO+ is then active within 1 to 2 days. Read more in PRO+ via the NKC.
How do I log in on the website?
Click Log in at the top right and use the same details as in the app. To log out, click your profile picture at the top right and choose Log out.
Can I log in with Google or Apple?
Yes, also when you already have a Campercontact account. Use the same email address as your Campercontact account. The accounts then link automatically, and you keep PRO+, your purchases, favourites and journeys.
⚠️ With Apple, choose Share My Email. If you choose Hide My Email, Apple creates a new account without your purchases and settings.
Want to go back to email and password? Tap I forgot my password on the login screen, set a new password and log in with your email address and that password.
I used Apple ID. How do I log in on Android?
Android has no option to log in with Apple ID. Do this instead:
- Log in with Apple ID where you normally do.
- Go to Account > Profile > Edit profile > Account security and change your email address and/or password.
- On your Android device, log in with that email address and password.
