I forgot my password. What now?
- On the login screen, tap I forgot my password.
- Enter your email address.
- Open the email from noreply@campercontact.com and tap the link.
- Set a new password and log in.
You can also reset your password on the website: I forgot my password.
The link works for a short time only. Expired? Request a new one and use it right away, or open it in a different browser.
Signed up with Google or Apple? Then you have no Campercontact password. Use the Google or Apple button on the login screen.
Which email address did I register with?
Logged in: go to Account > Profile. Your email address is shown there.
Not logged in: tap I forgot my password and enter the email addresses you may have used. Only an address with an account gets an email. Use the link in it to set a new password, then log in with that address.
My favourites or PRO+ are gone. What now?
You're probably logged in with a different account. Your favourites and PRO+ belong to the account you used before.
- Go to Account > Profile and check which email address you're logged in with.
- Log out.
- Log in with the email address you used before.
