How do I choose which emails I receive?
At the bottom of every email from Campercontact, click Change preferences. Choose what you want to receive: Newsletter, Promotions and Research.
How do I unsubscribe?
Click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any email from Campercontact. You then no longer receive emails from us. No PRO+? Then you may still get an email about PRO+ now and then.
I have PRO+, but I get emails about buying PRO+. Why?
Then you probably have two accounts: one with PRO+ and one without. The emails go to the account without PRO+. You can delete that account: read Deleting your account.
I don't receive emails from Campercontact. What now?
Automatic emails, such as a password reset or account confirmation, sometimes end up in your spam.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Add noreply@campercontact.com to your contacts, so the next email lands in your inbox.
- Still nothing? Check that you use the right email address: read Problems logging in.
