⚠️ Deleting your account is permanent. You can create a new account later, but your old data can't be linked to it, also not by us.
How do I delete my account?
- Go to Account and tap Delete account, in red under Log out.
- Tick the box and tap Delete account.
Your account is deleted and you're logged out.
What happens to my PRO+?
Deleting your account doesn't cancel PRO+. Cancel it yourself first, in the store where you bought it. Read how in Cancelling PRO+.
What happens to my data?
❌ Deleted: your personal data, such as your email address, name and motorhome details, and your profile picture.
✅ Stays, anonymised: reviews, photos, new places and changes you shared. They keep helping other motorhome travellers and can't be linked to you any more.
