How do I change my personal details?
Go to Account > Profile > Edit profile. Change your details, such as your username or profile picture, and tap Save.
Can't save? Fill in all required fields: first name, last name, gender, date of birth and username. Still getting an error? Your username is probably taken. Choose a different one.
How do I change my email address?
- Go to Account > Profile > Edit profile > Account security.
- Tap Edit email address and follow the steps.
An error that the address is already in use? Then another account is linked to it. Log in to that account, delete it (see Deleting your account) and try again.
⚠️ Deleting is permanent. Check first that you don't need that other account any more.
How do I change my password?
Go to Account > Profile > Edit profile > Account security and change your password there. Logged in with Apple ID? You change your password here in the app too.
How do I change the language of the app?
Go to Account > Language and choose your language. The app is available in English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish and Italian.
