Don't have the Campercontact app on your phone or tablet yet? Download it from Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). Here is a detailed explanation for both operating systems.
Android Create a Google account
Apps can be downloaded to an Android device via the Google Play Store. You will need a Google account to do this. If you have never downloaded an app before and do not have a Google account, please create an account first. If you already have a Google account, scroll down to 'Downloading the Campercontact app...'.
To create, proceed as follows:
- Open the main Settings menu on the device.
- Go to ‘Accounts’ and click on ‘Add Account’.
- Select 'Google'.
- Select Existing (if you wish to add an existing account) or New (if you wish to create a new account).
- Follow the instructions to add the account.
Download the Campercontact app on my Android device
Click on the Play Store icon to open it.
Then click on the magnifying glass in the top right corner to search for the app.
Type 'Campercontact' (without quotation marks) in the search field and search.
The Campercontact app will then appear on the screen. Click on it.
Then click on the 'install' button. Once the app has been installed, the Open button will appear and you will be taken to the login screen in the app. iOS Create an Apple ID Go to the App Store. Have you never downloaded an app before? Then you probably don't have an Apple ID. This is the account you need to download apps.
Once you have an Apple ID, you can log in to the App Store with your (new) Apple ID and download the Campercontact app. Download the Campercontact app on my iPhone
Click on the search button at the bottom of the screen and type 'Campercontact' (without quotation marks). The Campercontact icon will appear. Click on the 'Download' button and then on 'Install'. The Campercontact app will now be installed. Tip: do this when you are connected to Wi-Fi.
Once the app is installed, the Open button will appear and you will automatically be taken to the login screen in the app.
