Why can't I update the app on my device?

You may have an outdated, no longer supported version of Android or iOS. This means you can no longer install or update newer versions of the app. Why is this? The Campercontact app contains third-party components, such as Google Maps. Because they are also constantly developing their code, these components will eventually stop working in older operating systems. This means that we are no longer able to maintain their functionality. That is why we, like other apps, occasionally have to increase the minimum version of an operating system. If you update your operating system or purchase a newer device with a newer operating system, you can install our app on it.
