Can I restore my PRO+ purchase?

Your Campercontact PRO+ purchase is linked to your account, which means that you do not need to restore it, even when logging in on a different or new device. But what if Campercontact PRO+ is unexpectedly inactive and you are entitled to it? Click on 'Restore all purchases' in the 'My purchases' menu item in the app to reactivate the PRO+ version. A connection will then be made to the App Store (iOS users) or the Google Play Store (Android users). Therefore, in order to successfully restore your purchase, you must be logged into the App Store (iOS)/Google Play Store (Android) with the same Apple ID/Google account that you used to purchase Campercontact. After this action, your PRO+ version will be linked to your Campercontact account.

If you would like to use your PRO+ version on multiple devices, you will need to log in to the app with the same Campercontact account.
