How does renewal work?
PRO+ renews automatically for a month or a year, depending on what you chose, until you cancel. Your renewal date is under Account > My purchases. Want to stop? Cancel at least 24 hours before that date.
How do I change my payment method?
Bought in the app: change it in your store account: Apple or Google Play.
Bought on the website: you can't change the payment method of a running subscription. Do this instead:
- Cancel your subscription (see Cancelling PRO+).
- On the end date, buy PRO+ again with your new payment method.
Your favourites and other data stay in your account.
I got a SEPA email from Stripe. Is that right?
Yes, if you bought PRO+ on the website. Stripe is our payment partner and handles the automatic payments. The email confirms your renewal. It may be in English and mention Dublin, Ireland, because Stripe handles European payments from there. You don't need to do anything.
