Everything for your downloaded countries is in one place: Account > Offline locations. At the top, under Downloaded, you see the countries you have.
How do I update a country?
Offline countries are updated regularly, also for small changes such as a new motorhome stop. When an update is ready, you see Download available at the top. Tap it to get the latest information.
💡 Tip: you don't have to update every time. Update about twice a year, and always before a trip. Preferably at home or at a campsite with wifi.
How do I delete a country?
- Under Downloaded, tap the light green slider next to the country.
- The maps and locations of that country are removed from your device.
The country moves back to Available countries, so you can download it again later.
How do I stop a download?
Tap Cancel next to the country that's downloading. What was already downloaded for that country is removed from your device.
Can I save offline maps on an SD card?
No, not at the moment, also not on Android. Offline maps are stored in the memory of your phone or tablet. Running out of space? Delete the countries you no longer need.
